After placing an order, if you need to cancel the order due to unilateral reasons on the customer's part, please first contact our service team via ：warmfundecor@gmail.com

The order can only be canceled after we have reached a consensus with you through communication. Please note that the customer shall bear the handling fee required for the refund process.

For cancellations caused by reasons attributable to our store (e.g., out-of-stock, order errors), no handling fee will be charged, and a full refund will be processed after confirmation.
